| Tom
Ball has held senior level positions in mid-sized manufacturing and
distribution companies ranging in sales from $8 million to $130 million.
Through organizational and facility downsizing and restructuring as
president, he returned a wood manufacturing/distribution division
that was losing $250,000 monthly to profitability. Tom successfully
directed a multi-plant apparel manufacturing company through the challenges
of offshore sourcing by developing plant efficiencies, cost reductions,
timely delivery, inventory control and better utilization of capital
and human resources. He was a senior level officer responsible for
strategic planning, forecasting, facilities acquisition, startups,
new product lines, union negotiations, team building and human resource
needs for both rapid growth and mergers, involved in the expansion
of Kuppenheimer, a vertical manufacturing/retail operation that became
a division of Hartmarx, as it grew from $20 million in sales to over
$130 million in five years. Tom earned an MBA at Georgia State University

Of the many manu-facturing executives I have worked with in my 56 year career, I have found very few who have the qualities that Tom Ball brings to the table. Namely, self starting, analysis of problems, follow through, completion of tasks, attention to details and above all deep personal integrity. He is truly a "people person". Gordon
