and all data within
such files, but excluding Third Party Content.

mean CNTextile Joint Venture, its partners and their affiliates.

be of no effect and the acceptance

Waivers
Failure of either party to insist at any time upon strict compliance
with any provision herein or to seek remedy of any breach
shall not constitute or

or breach, or of any other rights or remedies.

Illegality

with and governed by the laws of the State

the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts

courts of competent jurisdiction as CNTextile
may in
its absolute
discretion deem fit.
