Hartenstine has over 30 years experience managing complex manufacturing
technologies in the international sewn products industries. Warren is
founder/CEO of Tower Associates. He worked as a principal with Walter
Wilhelm Associates after heading up Gerber Technology's sales team in
Western North America. He was president and owner of Kannegiesser USA,
president and CEO of Herbert Kannegiesser Corp., and held senior management
positions at Cutters Exchange, Sussman and Rubenstein Bros. in Canada.
Entrepreneur and leader, Warren has a keen ability to convey complex
concepts and opportunities – from leading edge process technologies
to tactics for achieving market dominance to unique strategies for business
formation - in common sense ways. Warren has been extremely active in
the public sector, offering leadership and participation and earning
frequent recognition from governors of Maryland. Warren’s personal
philosophies and commitment to integrity have been the genesis of Tower’s
proprietary I-Power approach. He earned both his BA and Masters degrees
from Penn State, where he played football for legendary coach Joe Paterno.
Warren is the current president of the Services Group of the Supplier
and Resource Division (SRD) of the American Apparel & Footwear Association
(AAFA) and a member of its Enterprise Competitiveness Council.
