Olson has enjoyed a good deal of variety in her career. As a Financial
and Marketing advisor to companies and investors, clients have included
software, hardware, artistic, athletic, textiles, medical products,
retail and not-for-profit ventures. Pam has been Deputy Director of
the North Carolina Museum of Art and Vice President of Global Market
Development for a Fortune 500 company focused on pharmaceutical research.
She has taught e-Business, Marketing, Marketing Research and Entrepreneurial
Marketing for the University of Phoenix Online, North Carolina State,
Duke, IBM Worldwide Market Intelligence, and the NC Council for Entrepreneurial
Development. She is Board Treasurer for the Lucy Daniels Center for
Center for Early Childhood which was recognized in 2002 with the International
Child Psychiatrists Association’s highest honor. Pam was co-founder
of OZReports.com, an early Internet Marketing Research firm. She spent
13 years with IBM in International Marketing & Finance primarily
focused on Networking Hardware and Software; she had the lead financial
role for IBM’s then third largest - and probably most successful
ever - acquisition, a systems management software firm. She received
her MBA from the Wharton School,
BA from Penn State, and graduate studies from Harvard.
